The main difficults of LYCWI at present.
The medical treatment and operation. There’s about 300 children need to undergo the surgery urgently every year, we cannot enture immediate operation and cure for them although we have used every way to collects the medical rescue fund. Many of them missde the best surgery days, even diesed, for they could not be immediate treated. Nurturance. There are low immunity and easy sicken phenomena among them ,who being in the period of upgrowth, because they are short of nutrition.Recovery. It affects the children with disabilities to be restored to health, because the shortage of recovery equipment and recovery resources. Living establishment. Because the facility gets older, the safety coefficient of the facility is small, bath and warming are unable to be guaranteed for the children.

Epidemic prevention. Some vaccines cannot be injected to the children on time, and it causes the epidemic prevention work much more difficult.

Education. The problem of education expense have not been solved for long time, it makes them cannot go to school and accept education as the common children.

Traffic. The road maintenance cost of our vehicles cannot be solved. the children who adopted cannot come to our courtyard to accept the recovery training on time, and the quality of the recovery training in the courtyard is also be influenced seriously.
