LYCWI have 216 staff, 621 waif and the disabled children adopted, we provide the service to children in education, nursing, care-taking, rehab and medical treatment. Year recently, waif increase quickly along with city hobo increasing. In 2004, 2770 waif living at Luoyang City, most of them rove because of their parents died, divorced and so on.
